Hello, I'm Jessie and thanks for visiting my blog! I was born in September of 1984 and have been struggling to figure out life ever since!
I currently live in Los Angeles, CA working part-time as a waitress, and part-time working on freelance illustration and personal comic projects. In my free time I can be found spending time with my boyfriend, family or my fraidy cat, playing video games, or learning new skills/hobbies. Not to toot my own horn, but I also excel at marathoning TV series on Netflix.
I have a weakness for pudding, cats, home-made cookies, DIY projects, collecting mugs (though I'm out of space for them), cuddling, rainy days, tea, camping trips and trying new things.
This blog will showcase my artwork, comics, personal style, and document my growth, changes, and daily inspirations. Though this blog will focus on the above mentioned content, I would like to mention that this is a fat-friendly, body positive, feminism-friendly blog, and while I may or may not write on such topics myself, I may be inclined to link to articles of those who express my views more eloquently, or it may show up in more personal autobiographical comics.
